Hukill
Chemical Corporation is committed to recycling as an
environmentally preferred alternative to disposal of hazardous
and non-hazardous materials. With over 50 years of experience
in reclaiming waste organic solvents generated by industry our
quality is unparalleled. In fact, we've built our reputation on
it.
Our utilization
of equipment gives us superior quality products and high yields
that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. Many of our solvent
recovery customers are paint manufacturers or paint users, however
numerous other industries benefit from recycling, such as automotive,
rubber, coating, pharmaceutical, furniture, soap and plastics
manufacturing.
The distillation
process allows solvents to be separated from pigments, resins
and polymers, so that the clean solvents can be reused. Through
fractional distillation, we are able to separate large quantities
of mixed solvents into one or two significant component. Our solvent
recycling process area includes:
- Thin-film
evaporators
- Fractional
distillation column
- Molecular
sieve dryer
Hukill
Chemical Corporation profiles and samples generated waste
materials to determine the suitability of the material for reclamation.
Once accepted and shipped to our facility, we inspect, test and
process the waste material for the best economical yield and quality.
Materials are analyzed throughout the process and before being
returned to our customers. Our quality control procedures ensure
the recycled products are of the highest quality and within the
specifications of our customers.
We accept
both drum and bulk wastes for recycling and service both small
and large quantity generators. Through our Toll Recycling Program,
your waste materials are processed individually to your specifications
and returned to your facility in bulk, drums or specially sized
containers. Other waste streams may be reviewed for their reclamation
potential and processed for use in our wash solvent or other reclaimed
products.
Solvent reclamation
provides the means for industries to participate in the waste
minimization effort mandated by the U.S. EPA. Reclamation reduces
liability and decreases the cost of waste disposal, as well as
providing savings on new product purchases.
Since many
factors are involved with reclamation or fractionation of wastes
we advise that you contact a Customer Service Representative to
help provide detailed information to service your needs.
